the resort's location offers easy access to both beaches, meaning we did not have to walk far.
our room was disappointing. the bathroom had weak water pressure and unpredictable hot and cold temperatures. furthermore, it often took a long time to get warm water.. cleanliness was also below expectations. i saw dead insects on the floor and limescale in the shower.
The hotel is on the beach and spans from west to east. the reception and concierge staff are consistently helpful and smiling. breakfast was excellent with ocean views. the grounds are kept immaculate. I observed both a baby and a larger water monitor in the garden.
housekeeping took place late in the afternoon, around 4:00 pm, one day. there was no toilet paper in the room for the whole day that time. this could have been better organized, as it was quite an inconvenience.

there are three pools available , pool number three is quieter and located at the back. the resort has direct access to both east and west sides. the hotel provides beach mats, towels, robes, and slippers in the rooms.

the staff assisted with luggage and also helped with boat transfers. they were very friendly in setting up airport transportation. when i had to leave before breakfast, they prepared a to-go box for me.
